Above are pictures from our run on Saturday at Moonlight Beach in Encinitas. It was a very LONG 75 minutes, but we did just over 8 miles (or so says the USATF site). The weather was cool, though, which helped.
I ended getting home too late for the hike for the hike with husband, friends, and dogs. It's probably a good thing - my legs wanted to do nothing for the rest of the day.
On to week 5... !
